Mutoh Graphics
Does provide for a fee, maintenance services on web sites. Maintenance is defined as updating or making changes to specific existing locations on the web site i.e. text, graphics (maximum 3 images per page), links, email additions etc. (excludes brochures and catalogs). Client must supply all content for maintenance including text via email, or other electronic format and images as JPEG, GIFF, TIFF, BMP, or PNG. Maintenance does not cover adding or creating new pages, navigation, dynamic features, scanning images, layout changes or changing cells, tables, td’s and tr’s etc., these instances are considered new and charged accordingly. Once the maintenance is performed and tested. If allowed administrative privileges, Mutoh Graphics will upload the new content to your servers and test the changes on your web site. The pricing for this service if you choose to purchase the service, is as follows:

Consultant Fee $125.00 per hour by phone, minimum of one hour
Web site maintenance (yearly contract one day per month) $70.00 per month
Web site maintenance (call in service) $90.00 per hour minimum of one hour
Web site maintenance (Priority Call In Service) $120.00 per hour minimum of one hour
Web site maintenance (yearly contract one day per week) $120.00 per month

Mutoh Graphics keeps a backup copy of your entire web site files in our data storage. This feature is free for maintenance contract customers only.

Periodic Maintenance
If your web site requires any monthly or weekly maintenance, changes of graphics, images or text, files to be changed or updates, these items should be sent using the same extensions as the existing files that we are replacing.
Example: Your maintenance requires monthly changes of "Sale Items. PDF", "Sale Image#1.JPG" and the1st Paragraph of "This Months Sale Items.html" In this example "Sales Items. PDF" should be sent in .PDF Format, Sale Image#1".JPG should be sent in .JPG and preferably the same dimensions (w=200x h=125), the1st Paragraph of "This Months Sale Items.html" should be sent in .txt format (plain Text or MS Word).

Uploading
If allowed administrative privileges, Mutoh Graphics will upload your website to your host server upon your request contingent upon these exceptions. Mutoh Graphics will not upload your site if another website resides on that server in that location (exceptions are web site redesigns). We will not download an existing website in order to upload yours, nor will we overwrite existing files or folders on an existing website server.

Once Mutoh Graphics uploads the client's website and the client or anyone else other than Mutoh Graphics or agents of Mutoh Graphics make "ANY" changes to the website, Mutoh Graphics will not be responsible for any malfunctions or changes of that website whatsoever.

*We also reserve the right to have our name and all links to our name removed upon demand from any web sites created by Mutoh Graphics who's pages have been altered*.
