1: Initial Contact (Customer Design Preference)
2: Rough Draft (story board on paper only)
3: Design Stage (1st page of web site w/ all categories and pages, make changes in this stage)
4: Set Stage (set font, type, color scheme, images, logos, addresses etc.)
5: Design Final (on web folder with changes made, only minor changes at this stage)
6: Closing Stage (create all other pages, link site and navigation, any changes at this stage,
    WILL BE CHARGED $90.00 an hour maintenance, minimum of one hour.)
7: Finishing Stage (check all navigation, links, positions, table sizes, browser views etc.)

50% of the total project is due at the beginning of the project; the remainder is due at the time of delivery.

Steps 1&2 will be initiated immediately; no other work will begin until client has provided Mutoh Graphics all necessary content agreed upon (images, text content, addresses etc.).
Once the initial draft is in the web design folder and ready for viewing by the client, (step#3) the client can make any changes at this point. Once these changes have been addressed and the next phase has begun (step#4) only minor changes (font style, color scheme, images) can be made without charge. Once into the “Finishing Stage” (step #6) ALL changes will be billed to the client at an hourly rate of $80.00 and a minimum of one hour (the client will be made aware of this before we proceed as to give the client the options available).

Mutoh Graphics is not responsible for the “text content and or images” of any part of the web site which the client or the clients agent has supplied. We are responsible for correct copy, font, styles, spelling and placement of which the client or the client’s agent has supplied. Mutoh Graphics does not, borrow, find, copy, create, makeup or otherwise infringe on any text content, graphics or images for any reason. The content text and images on the client’s web site is solely the responsibility of that particular client and assumed by Mutoh Graphics to be their own. If the full content of the clients web site is not received within 30 days, that web site will be put on Mutoh Graphics suspended accounts list and will not resume work on that web site until an additional 50% of the REMAINING balance is paid along with the remaining content. Mutoh Graphics will notify the client by Email or telephone of any suspended accounts. If after notification of an additional 30 days (60 days total) with no content received to start the web site, Mutoh Graphics will delete the account and NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Mutoh Graphics will provide the following service to its clients as part of the web site package. These are one time services to be executed on completion of the web design and at the time of payment in full, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Scan images that you submit to us for your web site, maximum of 3 images per page.

Domain Name Server (DNS) Change, if you already have a domain name at one of the registrars and want to switch your domain name to a host server we can provide that service free of charge.

Secure your Domain Name, there is a charge from the Registrar which can vary between $10-$35 a year, you pay the charge we will help you select your name and secure it for you at no charge.

Upload your web site to your host server.

If allowed administrative privileges, Mutoh Graphics will upload your web site to your host server upon your request contingent upon these exceptions. Mutoh Graphics will not upload your site if another web site resides on that server in that location (exceptions are web site redesigns). We will not download an existing web site in order to upload yours, nor will we overwrite existing files or folders on an existing web site server.
Once Mutoh Graphics uploads the client’s web site and the client or anyone else other than Mutoh Graphics or agents of Mutoh Graphics make “ANY” changes to the web site, Mutoh Graphics will not be responsible for any malfunctions or changes of that web site whatsoever.
